My 50th birthday. That was the plan. You people pull it all together, and the world is my oyster for my 50th. I get a nice grand celebration, we have my massive coronation and reveal, and my 50-year reign as ultimate benevolent demagogue begins.

You're running a year behind schedule people. Now, a year isn't much yet, and this is a great time to tighten things up and pull it back in. So, let's get on that, chop-chop!

On a serious note, I recognize there are some very old families, with vast amounts of wealth, that have had enormous influence throughout history.  But, I just don't buy into the conspiracy theories of all the things these people are supposed to be behind.  Not that they aren't power brokers, with wealth and influence almost beyond measure, but if they were really that all-powerful, there wouldn't be any conspiracy theorists alive to point it out.

Death cults come and go, but weather is forever.

No, seriously. Planes, tanks, bombs, and Fox Propaganda can combat (or create) death cults, but a melted ice sheet fucks with humanity and planes, tanks, bombs, and "there ain't no weather problems" (my ass) Fox Propaganda cannot do shit to stop rising sea levels, loss of coastal regions, or devastating hurricanes.

So, yeah, the President Of The United States of America is taking the long view on national security. That's called Being Presidential. It's nice that someone is doing it.

Yeah, fine, that was weak.  :-)   Well, okay, let's see...

When I launched this blog in September, 2014, I had no idea how serious I was, or where I wanted to go with it. In 2015, I found my voice (and my principles), and have been happily ranting all year long.

I did 230 posts in 2015, on this blog. That's a nice big number.

Note, I've got two sister blogs - Church of the Ignorant Fool and You Decide If You Care - so my 2015 blog post total is way over  300 :-)

I connected with a ton of brilliant and wonderful people! I love you all.

That's about what I want to say for now. Thank you for reading my posts, thank you for sharing them (to infect others with my madness, or to bludgeon them with my words when you feel I've said what you think, and you don't want to have to type it all out again).
